Go to your office (or closest office supply store) for inspiration. If you no longer have use for office organisers, think about how you can add them to your cupboards to increase their efficiency. For example, a metal vertical file folder hung on a cupboard door is a perfect solution for keeping your kitchen wrap and foil in order. Or, hang a pencil and paper holder in the cupboard below your sink for an easy-access way to store your dish soap and sponges.
Don’t forget the doors. We’re often so focussed on stuffing things into our cupboards that we completely forget about what we can do to maximise their inner door space. Add hooks to hang dishtowels. Stash pantry items in over the door hangers. If you’re an avid cook, but don’t have the room for cook books, paint the interior of your doors with chalkboard paint and copy out new recipes directly from the internet. They’ll be right in front of you when you need them!
