Ingredients
- FOR 4/6 PERSONS
- 800g Brussels sprouts
- The juice of an orange
- Orange zest
- Thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Olive oil, as required
- Salt and pepper, as required
Method
- Chop the thyme, garlic and orange peel and mix them together.
- Fry the minced in the extra virgin olive oil, add the Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, then add the starch.
- Finally add the orange juice and cook over high heat until the juice thickens.
