Ingredients
2-3 glasses of leftover tomato juice from Bloody Mary
- 30ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp coarse-grained mustard
- 15ml red-wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Method
Use your leftover tomato juice from a bloody mary in this mix.
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until blended.
