Ingredients
- 160 g onion
- 100 g carrot
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g leftover rice
- 100 g leftover chicken breast
- 50 ml chicken stock
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 g parmesan
- 10 g butter
- 5 g salt
- 5 g pepper
- 5 g oregano
Preparation
Heat a pan to sauté the set aside vegetables. Add olive oil to the heated pan.
Add carrots, onions, and the spices spices prepared for sautéing, such as salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Add broccoli to the pan without completely losing its crispness and continue sautéing for one more minute.
Continue sautéing by adding the remaining rice and the chicken.
Add chicken broth to the mixture and continue cooking with the lid open.
Add butter and cheese on top and stir.
Serve in bowls.
