Ingredients
- 200 g kavut. (recipe in the kitchen tips).
- 100 g strawberries, sliced
- 100 g banana, sliced
For the cream;
- 1 egg yolk
- 500 ml milk
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 75 g sugar
- 20 g flour
- 15 g corn starch
- 5 g vanilla extract
Preparation
In a sauce pan mix cream ingredients except heavy crem and vanilla extract. Mix ingredients with an electric mixer.
Put the mixture to the medium heat, bring it to a boil, down the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Rest until cool down.
After cooling down add heavy cream and vanilla extract and whisk with electric mixer. Rest in the fridge at least for 15 minutes.
In a chopper grind it the kavut for a short time. Don’t make too thin like flour. Just grind it everything a little. In a serving cups place sliced banana and strawberries on the bottom, place chopped kavut on top of fruits. Pour cream on top and repeat the same process.
Serve with sliced fruits on top.
