Ingredients

  • 200 g old cookies
  • 130 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sweet crackers
  • 20 g lotus cookie butter
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 10 g dark chocolate

 

Preparation

  • In a food processor combine old cookies, sweet crackers, cream cheese and lotus cookie butter and mix until became a dough.

  • Take pieces from the dough with an ice cream scoop. Place them in a baking sheet and rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  • Melt the white and dark chocolate in ben-mari separately. 

  • Take dough pieces one by one cover with white chocolate. Rest for 5 minutes.

  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and serve.
