Ingredients
- 200 ml almond milk
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 20 g dried apricots
- 20 g dried figs
- 20 g raisins
- 10 g honey
- 5 g cinnamon
- 5-6 ice cubes
Preparation
Put the dried apricots, dried figs and raisins in a bowl and add enough hot water to cover them. Leave for about 10 minutes, then drain with a strainer.
Add the almond milk, drained dried fruits, natural yogurt, honey and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the ice cubes and blend again.
Divide the smoothie into glasses and serve.
