Ingredients
- 120 g ripe banana
- 40 g dates, pitted.
- 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 120 ml leftover filtered coffee, cooled.
- 15 ml maple syrup
- 5 g cinnamon powder
Preparation
In a blender, combine the dates, banana, leftover coffee, almond milk, and maple syrup.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
Pour the healthy drink into two serving glasses.
Optionally, add ice cubes to make it colder and more refreshing.
