A crunch of nuts, sweetness from dried fruits, and the wholesome goodness of peeled wheat come together to make this delightful granola. Lightly sweetened with honey and spiced with sea salt, it's a nutritious and satisfying breakfast option that's easy to make at home.





Preparation time/ Cooking time:

  • 100 g peeled wheat

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds

  • 30 g raw almonds

  • 30 g raw walnuts

  • 30 g raw hazelnuts

  • 20 g raisins

  • 20 g dried cranberries

  • 10 g coconut oil, melted

  • 10 g honey

  • 5 g sea salt



  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peeled wheat, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, and dried cranberries.

  • Drizzle the mixture with melted coconut oil and honey. Sprinkle with sea salt and stir until all ingredients are well coated.

  • Spread the mixture out in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the granola is golden and crisp. Let it cool down on the counter.
