Lightly sweetened with honey and spiced with sea salt, it's a nutritious and satisfying breakfast option that's easy to make at home.

100 g peeled wheat
50 g pumpkin seeds
30 g raw almonds
30 g raw walnuts
30 g raw hazelnuts
20 g raisins
20 g dried cranberries
10 g coconut oil, melted
10 g honey
5 g sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine peeled wheat, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, and dried cranberries.
Drizzle the mixture with melted coconut oil and honey. Sprinkle with sea salt and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
Spread the mixture out in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the granola is golden and crisp. Let it cool down on the counter.
