For multiple servings

Preparation time:

5 minutes


  • 1 chili (with the stem part)

  • 80 ml olive oil

  • 20 g chili flakes


● Begin by blending the chili and chili flakes together in a chopper.

● Put the chili mixture into a bowl.

● Pour olive oil heated to 160°C over the chili mixture and wait until it cools down.

● Strain the cooled mixture and it's ready to use.

● Add this fiery oil to dumplings, soups, dressings, and more.

● Enjoy!
