Ingredients:
- 350 g cauliflower
- 300 g purple cabbage
- 50 ml cauliflower boiling broth
- 20 ml olive oil
- 15 g lemon juice
- 15 g vinegar
- 6 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
Preparation
First, boil the cauliflowers in salted water for 5 minutes.
Then, reserve the scalding water.
Make a puree with the remaining ingredients.
Cut the cabbage in half.
Remove the white part.
Cut into thick slices.
Remove to the baking sheet.
Add olive oil and salt, cook at 200°C for 30 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, add vinegar.
