Imagine a perfectly baked sea bass fillet, infused with a rich and flavorful sauce made from the leftover bones. It's a culinary masterpiece that will leave you craving for more. Although it might take some time to make, eating it only takes a few minutes. And nature will be thankful of the tastes you were paying attention to in every mouthful.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole sea bass, ready to use.
- 80 g onion
- 80 g potato
- 20 g yellow bell pepper
- 20 g green bell pepper
- 20 g red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 g olive oil
- 10 g cornstarch
- 5 g salt
- 5 g black pepper
Preparation
Wash and dry all vegetables. Cut them all into the same big chunk size. Take a side.
Wash and dry the fish and make 2 slashes across the flesh.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the tray with paper.
Place the fish in the middle of the tray, add salt and pepper on all sides.
Place vegetables and garlic cloves around the fish, lastly drizzle olive oil on top of everything.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes uncovered. After 20 minutes remove the dish from the oven and rest for 5 minutes.
Take the fish on a cutting board and remove the meaty parts from the serving plate with vegetables.
Take leftover fish bones, tail and head in a pot and add 100 ml water on top. Bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Separate bowl mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water and mix it. Add this mixture to the fish bones and boil for 2 more minutes.
Strain the sauce in a sauce bowl and serve on the side.
