Ingredients:

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 10 g mustard 
  • 20 g sesame seeds, black cumin mixture, pistachio
  • ½ boiled celery 
  • ½ boiled beetroot
  • ½ orange juice  
  • 10 g sea salt
  • 5 g salt 
  • 5 g paprika
  • 5 g black pepper 
  • 5 g cumin

Preparation

  • First, coat the lamb chops with mustard using a brush on all sides. Then, 

  • Then, coat the mustard-smeared edges with a mixture of sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and pistachios.

  • Heat a frying pan over high heat. Sprinkle the lamb chops with sea salt on both sides before placing them in the pan.

  • After, sear for 4 minutes on each side for a total of 8 minutes.

  • In the meantime, add the leftover vegetables and spices to the blender and blend with the spices and orange juice to make a puree.

  • Serve them together.
