Ingredients:
For the dough;

  • 210 g flour 
  • 105 ml water 
  • 5 gr salt
    For the filling; 
  • 100 g leftover poached spinach and cabbage
  • 50 g leftover cooked ground beef (salty and spicy)
    For the sauce;
  • 50 g chopped fresh onion 
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml hot chili sauce 
  • 10 g sesame seeds

Preparation

  • First, put the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead until completely smooth. 

  • Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it becomes thin.

  • Cut the rolled out thin dough into round shapes. 

  • Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and add to the center of the dough. 

  • Seal the dough in the shapes you want. 

  • Steam for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

  • When the cooking process is finished, you can consume it whenever you want.
