Ingredients

  • 5 Leftover Roasted Potatoes
  • 2 Leftover Boiled Eggs
  • Pickles
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • Greens
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Thinly slice the pickles, eggs, onions and greens.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Use the pickle juice to balance the mix's consistency—season to your taste with salt, pepper and other spices.
