Ingredients
- 200 g aged bananas, sliced.
- 120 g raw cashews soaked overnight.
- 120 ml almond milk
- 120 g fresh berries
- 30 g chia seeds
- 30 g poppy seeds
- 30 g chopped walnuts
- 15 ml maple syrup
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 5 g cinnamon
Preparation
Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender along with the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach a smooth consistency.
Divide the cashew cream between two bowls.
Top each bowl with sliced bananas, fresh berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and chopped walnuts, and serve it.
