Ingredients

  • 200 g aged bananas, sliced.
  • 120 g raw cashews soaked overnight.
  • 120 ml almond milk
  • 120 g fresh berries
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 30 g poppy seeds
  • 30 g chopped walnuts
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 5 g cinnamon

 

Preparation

  • Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender along with the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach a smooth consistency.

  • Divide the cashew cream between two bowls.

  • Top each bowl with sliced bananas, fresh berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and chopped walnuts, and serve it.
