- 2 pieces of lavash bread
- 5 tbsp leftover cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp of yoghurt with cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 lettuce
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Heat the cooked chickpeas in olive oil in a pan.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Place the pieces of lavash bread side-by-side.
- Spread the yoghurt with cucumber onto the lavash. Add the cooked chickpeas, onions and lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle lemon juice over top and make a wrap.
