Ingredients 

600 ml marrow bone broth

½ leftover onion

2 asparagus 

2 chopped celery roots

2 cloves of garlic paste

30 g fresh ginger paste 

30 g fresh turmeric paste

20 g coconut oil 

5 g sea salt

 

Preparation

• First, roast all the ingredients in coconut oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.

• Once all the ingredients are soft, add the marrow bone broth.

• Boil for 10 minutes, then blend the mixture with a blender and pour into bowls for consumption.

• Enjoy!
