Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 100 g spinach roots

  • 100 g flour

  • 50 g celery stalks and leaves

  • 35 g parsley stems

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 10 ml olive oil

  • 5 g salt

  •  5 g black pepper

Preparation:

  • Start by washing the greens thoroughly.

  • Slice the spinach roots, parsley stems, and celery stalks thinly. Also, chop the celery leaves.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Add the egg and season the mixture with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Mold the mixture into your desired shape and fry the fritters until golden, which should take about 5 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
