- 3 tbsp beef
- 1 large boiled potato
- 100ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 60ml red wine
- 5 sprigs of parsley
- Salt and black pepper
- Place the meat in a small pan, add the wine and heat.
- Peel the boiled potato and mash with milk. Add the egg yolks and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
- Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the meat.
- Cover the meat with the mashed potato. Use a fork to give it a fluffy texture.
- Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until the potato topping is brown.
