Ingredients:

  • 50 g kavut

  • 40 g zucchini

  • 40 g carrot

  • 15 g onion

  • 30 ml olive oil

  • 30 ml water

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 5 g salt

  • 5 g black pepper

  • 5 g cumin

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a food processor, blend the zucchini, carrot, onion, and garlic until finely chopped but not pureed.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the kavut with the blended vegetable mixture.

  4. Add the olive oil, water, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the bowl, and mix well.

  5. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the kavut to absorb the liquid and soften.

  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Form the kavut mixture into small balls with your hands, then flatten them into thin crackers.

  8. Place the crackers on the lined baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  10. Let the crackers cool before serving.
