Ingredients 

200 g leftover corn 

100 ml soy milk 

50 g chopped fresh onion. 

20 g coconut flakes

20 ml lime juice 

½ leftover chopped chili pepper 

5 g salt 

5 g paprika

 

Preparation 

• Cut the kernels from the cobs.

• Boil the corn kernels with the soy milk in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.

• Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a blender, except for the coconut flakes and spring onions.

• Boil the mixture for another 5 minutes and then remove from heat.

• Garnish with spring onions and coconut flakes.

• Enjoy!
