These tasty croutons are a perfect way to turn stale bread into something that will last you weeks, if not months, and will be a yummy addition to any of your meals. Crumble on top of soups or add them to your salads, and see how you can stop your stale bread from becoming waste!
- 4 pieces stale bread
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cut off the crusts of your stale bread and then cut into cubes.
- Put into a bowl and mix in olive oil, until they are covered but not soaked in olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt and pepper on top.
- Gently mix through.
- Bake at 200°C.
- Serve and enjoy.
