  • 3 limes' juice
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 a bunch parsley
  • 1/2 a bunch fresh mint
  • 1/2 a bunch dill
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in the blender, it can be used for 2-3 weeks in the jar with the lid well closed.
  2. Use this versatile recipe as a sauce for marinating meat, pasta, salads, sandwich and all proteins.
