Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar, granulated
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 e eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ⅔ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until combined.
  3. Spray waffle iron with baking spray before the first batch only. Ladle into preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. For each, this will be about
  4. 3 ½ minutes each. Use the ripe fruits as toppings. Enjoy.
