- 3 Leftover egg whites
- Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar
- A little less than a cup of sugar
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla
- Add the cream of tartar to the eggs and whisk until it gets light and fluffy.
- Then we slowly add in the sugar and vanilla without flattening the eggs by whisking too hard.
- Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
