- Leftover potato peels
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Few cloves of garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- Heavy cream
- Gather together leftover potato skins from your meals.
- Add onion and a few cloves of garlic and boil it on the stove for 15 minutes.
- After boiling, cool slightly and mix the soup in the blender.
- Add some cream, salt to taste and lots of freshly ground black pepper.
