Ingredients

  • Leftover egg whites
  • Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar
  • A little less than a cup of sugar
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla

Method

  1. Add the cream of tartar to the eggs and whisk until it gets light and fluffy.
  2. Then we slowly add in the sugar and vanilla without flattening the eggs by whisking too hard.
  3. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
